Kutch is India’s largest district located in Gujarat state, covering more than 17,000 sq. mi. Kutch means something which periodically becomes wet and dry; a large part of this area is known as Rann of Kutch which is shallow wetland which immerses in water in the rainy season and turns dry during other seasons. Kutch is one of the most yielding regions in India and it is well known for its Rann. Rann Utsav 2025 starts from 1st November 2025 – 20th February 2025. Rann Utsav celebrated every year at Kutch in the village of Dhordo. Kutch Rann Utsav is absolutely a festival that celebrates the diverse art forms and craftsmanship’s emerging of various Kutch. Rann Utsav is distinguished by its natural beauty of White Rann and you can sense it better during the full moon. During the fair, you will enjoy, Kutchi culture, Golf Cart, ATV Ride, Camel Cart Excursion, Paramotoring, Meditation, and Yoga.  The White Rann at Dhordo is a must-see nature’s creation gives heaven on earth experience. Well, the Rann Utsav AC Premium Package offers 2 Nights and 3 Days of stay in the Rann of Kutch.

Transfers from Bhuj to Tent City Dhordo on fixed timings as follows:

8:15 AM & 2:30 PM – From Bhuj Railway Station

10:30 AM & 3:30 PM – From Bhuj Railway Station / Bhuj Airport

1- Any individual transfer (on chargeable basis).

2- No transfers will be available after above timing.

3- Allocation of tented accommodation to guests who arrive well before check-in time will be highly subject to availability.

4- Distance from Bhuj to Tent City Dhordo is approx. 85 kilometers which take about 1 hr 45 mins,

5-Complimentary refreshment en route Dhordo in the bus.

6-Arrival at Tent City Dhordo from Bhuj (Check in time: 12:30 PM)

12:30 PM Onward – Welcome & Check – In

12:30 PM to 2:30 PM – Lunch at respective Dining Areas

2:30 PM to 4:00 PM – Enjoy in-house activities

4:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Tea/Coffee

5:00 PM to 5:30 PM – Transfer to White Rann to witness the grandeur of the sunset. Mode of transfer will be through Camel Cart / Bus purely on first come first basis. Guests will have to return by the same mode of transfer.

7:00 PM to 7:30 PM – Return transfers to Tent City in Dhordo.

7:30 PM to 10:00 PM – Dinner served at the respective dining areas

8:30 PM to 10:30 PM – Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities.

 

6:00 AM to 06:30 AM – Morning Tea

6:30 AM to 07:00 AM – Visit White Rann of Kutch to view the sunrise

7:30 AM to 10:00 AM – Breakfast at respective dining Areas

8:30 AM onwards – Complimentary tour to Mandvi Kutch Distance from Tent City is approximately 140 kilometers one way.

11:30 AM to 12:30 PM – Visit Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial

1:30 PM to 2:00 PM – Visit Vijay Vilas Palace

2:00 PM to 3:30 PM – Lunch

3:00 PM to 6:30 PM – Enjoy Leisure at Private Beach This beach is regarded as one of the finest beaches on Gujarat shoreline. A great family spot to spend a quality time where you can swim and enjoy a nice view of the coastline.

From 6:30 PM onwards – Return transfers to Tent City in Dhordo.

8:30 PM to 10:30 PM – Enjoy the Culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities.

9:00 PM to 10:00 PM – Dinner at the respective dining areas

6:00 AM to 7:00 AM – Morning Tea

7:30 AM to 10:00 AM – Breakfast served at respective dining areas.

9:30 AM – Vacate from Tent City

9:30 AM to 10:30 AM – Departure to Bhuj with complimentary sight-seeing in places of interest at Bhuj.
